Green Year (2018)

Green Year is the first ever Jacks Flat music release. It was released exclusively to YouTube on April 22, 2018. This album was noticeably taken much less seriously than the albums succeeding it.

The overarching themes of Green Year explore hate, fame, and the life of someone who makes YouTube videos and music.

• For the first several months of its release, Green Year was titled "STRONG".

• The name "Green Year" is a reference to the band Green Day, and also the fact that color of the first era of Jacks Flat music, which lasted about a year, was green.

• Conventionally, Green Year is technically an EP, but Jack considers it an album.

• The Green Year era logo is the only Jacks Flat logo not conceptualized and designed by Jack; this one was done by his dad.
