JACK OUT THE BOX follows a very common habit of Jack's: starting to get comfortable talking with other people and putting yourself out there after a period of being shy and anxious, but then after a while, eventually backsliding to shyness.

Fun Fact:

• Original titles for JF7 include: Instrutopia, Birthday Division, Modest Hits, and Septima Opus.

• "Nothing Matters" is inspired by, and samples dialogue from, Jack's all-time favorite movie "Everything Everywhere All At Once".

• JACK OUT THE BOX was originally planned to have a deluxe edition, but it was scrapped due to mental health reasons. However, one of the songs is making the cut for JF8.
